You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account is your responsibility, and we are not liable for damages or losses resulting from such incidents.

• CV imports (e.g., LinkedIn integration)

• Editing and downloading resumes

3.2 Service Access

Our services are subscription-based, with additional options for one-time template purchases.

3.3 Usage Restrictions

Our platform is for personal use only. Commercial use of our services is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

4.2 Refund Policy

All purchases are final, and no refunds are provided.

4.3 Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle (one month). No early termination fees apply.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership of User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Newcv.io, including resumes and CVs ("User Content"). By using our platform, you grant Newcv.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide and improve our services. We will not use your resume content for marketing, advertising, or sharing with third parties without your explicit consent.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content to our platform. We reserve the right to remove such content and, if necessary, suspend or terminate your account.

5.3 Information Added to CVs / Resumes

When using Newcv.io, users may provide additional personal information for the purposes of creating or customizing their CVs. This may include phone numbers, addresses, date of birth or age, employment history, educational details, skills, certifications, and other professional qualifications. By adding this information to your CV, you grant Newcv.io permission to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. Newcv.io does not use this information for marketing, advertising, or sharing with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership of Templates

All templates, designs, and features provided by Newcv.io are the intellectual property of Newcv.io. You may not copy, distribute, or modify them without explicit authorization.

6.2 Copyright Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon, please notify us at hello@newcv.io. We will investigate and address valid claims in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Liability and Warranty

7.1 Service Availability

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our platform will always be operational or error-free. In cases where a technical issue prevents you from downloading a PDF resume, we will provide a free replacement download.

7.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use resumes created on our platform, including their accuracy and suitability for your intended purposes.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of Newcv.io is also governed by our Privacy Policy. That document explains how we collect, store, and protect your personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of our platform

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings on the platform.
