Most CDL jobs require schedule flexibility.
Include:
Ability to work nights, weekends, or overtime
Long-haul or local availability
This is critical but often overlooked.

Even for CDL drivers, communication matters—especially in delivery roles.

If you’re new, employers still expect you to meet compliance requirements—but you need to present your qualifications differently.
